Miller

Selected Biography

Miller, William Warden [jp] – Born: Inverkip, Renfrewshire, Scotland on 24.7.1871.  Parents: William Warden Miller (Farmer) and Marion [née Lamont].  Home: Hawthorn House, Bellingham, Northumberland (1901), Assington House, Assington, Suffolk [1910 to 1915].  Occupation: Civil Engineer and Missionary (1901), Farmer (1911).[1]  Married: Annie Riddle Bell in 1897.  Service Record: William was a member of the Melford Military Service Tribunal from 1916, a member of the Board of Guardians for the Sudbury Union Workhouse in 1915/1917, and a member of the Melford Rural District Council from 1912 to 1940.  Died: Mitsidi, Nyasaland on 1.6.1936.[2]
